This is the first year for The General. The Sherman Winery label focuses on French style varietals made with Washington grapes.
This is the first release for The General. It is 50% Sauvignon Blanc and %50 Semillon, all from Red Mountain. 25% French barrel fermentation and partially aged sur lie (on the lees). ***More info to come.
