2019 Sherman Viognier
The Sherman label will focus on French wine varietals.
Tasting notes
This is the first year for this wine which had a lovely floral nose with a touch of honey. The straw like color is from the 40% barrel fermentation in a European, French and French Acacia barrel. It has flavors of citrus, melon, and mineral characteristics that are accentuated by the oak fermentation lengthening the finish.
